THE PACIFIC Grand Prix team, who will operate from a base near Thetford, Norfolk, have signed up the the little- known German driver, Michael Bartels, to compete in this year's Formula One world championship. Bartels, 24, drove in the International Formula 3000 series last year and finished fourth overall.
