PETER HULL, from Camberley, smashed the world record by over three seconds yesterday to take the gold medal and lead a British clean sweep of the medals in the 50m freestyle at Barcelona. Hull, who has no legs and severly disabled arms, clocked 1min 09.28sec. He was followed home by his fellow Britons, Alan MacGregor and James Anderson.
