ORGANISERS of the Paris-Moscow-Peking rally, postponed for a year because of the Soviet Union's collapse, announced yesterday that it will start on 1 September. More than 140 entrants will take part in the 9,920-mile journey, across 13 countries on the European and Asian continents ending on 26 September.
