WIDNES have put three internationals on the transfer list after each turned down the offer of a new contract. Great Britain half-backs Tony Myler and David Hulme can go for pounds 100,000 apiece while the New Zealand forward, Kurt Sorensen, has been made available at pounds 60,000.
GEOFFREY RICHMOND has returned as chairman of Sarborough Pirates, the debt-ridden Third Division side he founded a year ago. Richmond, who is also chairman of Scarborough's football club, is owed pounds 160,000 by the Pirates.
