DEREK STARK and Tony Stanger, Scotland's international wings, have been included in the national sevens party to tour the southern hemisphere in March. In preparation for the inaugural World Cup Sevens, Scotland will play in tournaments at Canberra (13-14 March), Fiji (20-21 March) and Hong Kong (27-28 March).

JOHN BUCKTON, the Saracens centre, yesterday withdrew from the England A team to play Italy at Bath next Wednesday because he cannot spare the time off work. His place is taken by the Leicester centre, Stuart Potter, who makes his debut at this level.
