THE DISCIPLINARY tribunal to hear complaints about Alex Higgins' behaviour at last November's United Kingdom Open begins in London today. Higgins, twice world champion, makes his 14th appearance before a World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association hearing because of remarks he allegedly made to his opponent, Stephen Hendry, during and after a 9-4 fourth round defeat.
