ALEX HIGGINS has been found guilty of verbally abusing Ann Yates, the tournament director, and intimidating John Street, the match referee, after his defeat by Stephen Hendry in last November's UK Championship at Preston. He was cleared of swearing at Hendry and his manager, Ian Doyle, after both failed to appear.
