Dave McGinnis has withdrawn his candidacy for the job of Chicago Bears' head coach, only 24 hours after the Bears issued a statement saying he would be offered the position. It is thought that McGinnis, who was previously defensive co-ordinator at Arizona Cardinals, was unhappy with certain conditions in his Bears contract.
