BARRY SWITZER, who resigned as coach of Oklahoma University five years ago amid allegations of rule violations, was set to be named head coach of Dallas Cowboys yesterday. Switzer replaces Jimmy Johnson, who resigned on Tuesday after a dispute with the Cowboys' owner, Jerry Jones.
