THE British Athletics Federation has been warned by Dave Smyth, the secretary of Folkstone AC, the club of the late Cliff Temple, to expect strenuous protests should a big pay-off to its promotions director, Andy Norman, be approved. Norman is accused of harrassing Temple, a journalist and coach, who later committed suicide.
