Wang Junxia, the World Cup marathon champion, will run in Sunday's Peking marathon along with the world 3,000m champion, Qu Yunxia. Wang won the 10,000m at last year's world championships in Stutggart before going to break the world record by nearly 42 seconds at the national championships.

She also broke the world 3,000m record twice at the same championships and finished her astonishing season by winning the World Cup marathon in San Sebastian, Spain.
