CARL LEWIS has decided not to run in the 4 x 400 metres relay at the Stuttgart world championships and will concentrate on the 100 and 200 metres. 'He wants to give Leroy (Burrell) and some of the younger runners a chance,' Joe Douglas, his business manager, said yesterday.
