Grit Breuer, Germany's former world 400m silver medallist who was banned for drugs offences along with the sprinter, Katrin Krabbe, plans to make a comeback at the Berlin international meeting on 1 September. Breuer, who has been out of top-class a for more than three seasons, is free to run again at the end of August. However, Krabbe is unlikely to return to action again, as she recently married and has given birth to her first child.
