Peter Rasmussen, the world singles title holder from Denmark, has pulled out of the All England championships which start tomorrow at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham. The Dane, who captured the world title in Glasgow last May, injured his ankle before last month's Thomas Cup team qualifying competition in Norway and returned home without striking a shuttle.
