Anders Nielsen, the National champion, has been penalised for withdrawing from the British Grand Slam tournament at Perth last month after the draw had been made, and loses his funding from the Association of England until the end of January. The punishment may deny him enough World grand prix points to qualify for the Olympic Games in Atlanta.
