VINCE COLEMAN, the New York Mets outfielder accused of throwing a firecracker that hurt three fans, was granted bail of dollars 5,000 ( pounds 3,500) yesterday. Coleman faces three years in prison if convicted for unlawfully possessing an explosive device. He has been suspended without pay by the Mets.
