PLANS for divisional realignment and an extra round of playoffs for the 1994 major league season have been thrown into disarray by objections from the Major League Players Association over distribution of income. According to Bill Giles, the president of the Philadelphia Phillies, the changes may not be practicable unless agreement is reached within 30 days.
