IN what seemed almost a replay of last year's World Series, the American League beat the National League 9-3 - the sixth AL victory in a row - in the All- Star Game at Baltimore's Camden Yards. The Toronto contingent again outshone the Atlanta brigade, as Roberto Alomar hit one of the AL's home runs (Minnesota's Kirby Puckett got the other) and the Braves' John Smoltz gave up two runs with wild pitches and David Justice and Jeff Blauser made errors that led to runs.
