A FIRE that raged out of control for half an hour in Atlanta's Fulton County Stadium interrupted the Braves' plans to introduce their new first baseman Fred McGriff, signed from San Diego. After a two-hour delay, McGriff hit a home run in the 8-5 win over St Louis.
