STEVE OLIN, the Cleveland Indians' leading reliever last season, and fellow pitcher Tim Crews were killed in Florida yesterday when their powerboat rammed a dock. Another passenger, Bob Ojeda, who helped pitch the New York Mets to the 1986 World Series and, like Crews, had recently joined the Indians from the Los Angeles Dodgers, was seriously injured in the accident.
