ENGLAND'S under-17 men's team have qualified for next year's European Championship finals by finishing third in the challenge round in Saarlouis, Germany, behind Macedonia and Israel. England beat Russia 77-69 and Germany 61-55 but, after losing to Belgium, needed Israel's 63-54 win over Germany on Saturday to secure their place in the finals.
