JAMES 'BUSTER' DOUGLAS, who beat Mike Tyson in Tokyo in 1990 to become the world heavyweight champion, was moved out of the coronary care unit of Grant Medical Centre in Columbus, Ohio, yesterday. Douglas, 34, who was described as 'stable', had been admitted on Monday suffering from diabetes.
