WANGILA NAPUNYI, the former Olympic gold medallist, has died from head injuries received during a professional fight in Las Vegas on Friday night. Napunyi, who won the Olympic welterweight title under the name of Robert Wangila while representing his native Kenya at the 1988 Games in Seoul, died last night. He was 26.
