LENNOX LEWIS will make the fourth defence of his World Boxing Council heavyweight championship against the American Oliver McCall before the end of September. Lewis's management say there is a strong possibility that the fight will take place at a football ground in London even though Lewis stands to earn pounds 1m less than if the mandatory defence was fought in the United States.
