THE world heavyweight championship unification bout between Evander Holyfield and Lennox Lewis will not be sanctioned by the International Boxing Federation. Bob Lee, the IBF president, said that the American No 1 contender, Michael Moorer, was the scheduled first opponent for Holyfield.
