FRANK MALONEY, manager of the World Boxing Council heavyweight champion, Lennox Lewis, has proposed a 'supreme heavyweight fight' between Lewis and Evander Holyfield, holder of the World Boxing Association and the International Boxing Federation versions of the title. Yesterday the WBA and IBF refused to sanction the multi-million dollar unification fight planned for next April in Las Vegas.
