The veteran paceman took 7 for 43 to help dismiss the visitors for 139 in just over one session on the first day of their match at the Gabba. In reply, Queensland were 214 for 2. Rackemann, 34, playing his 16th season for Queensland, became the state's highest wicket-taker in history earlier this month when he passed Jeff Thomson's total of 327.
