THE second and third Tests between Sri Lanka and Pakistan have been re- scheduled because they clash with parliamentary polls. The second Test, which had been due to start on the same day, 16 August, has been put back two days as has the third Test, which now starts on 26 August.

M J K Smith will manage England's tour of Australia, a role he undertook earlier this year in the West Indies.
