GIANNI BUGNO, the former world champion, yesterday had a doping suspension reduced to three months from two years by the disciplinary commission of the Italian professional league. The decision means that the 30-year-old Italian, who had tested positive for caffeine after a road race in August, will be able to start the 1995 cycling season.
