British No 1 David Mansour of Sussex House, ranked seventh in the world at the start of the Eden Cup Junior Foil International on Saturday, had to be satisfied with 11th place after losing 15-10 to Senft in perhaps the best fight of the day. Top home result was from Andrew Beevers of Cyrano with seventh place. In the last 32 stage Beevers excited the crowd with a close 15-14 victory over Frenchman Terrence Joubert followed by an easy 15-6 win over Germany's Michael Kausmann.
