Kilmarnock and Hearts have won the right to stage their delayed CIS Insurance Cup quarter-final tie at Rugby Park on 2 February. Postponed twice already, League officials were keen to have the fixture played before the new year but both clubs complained that the proposed 30 December date meant that players could be unavailable during their four-week winter break.
