BERTI VOGTS, Germany's national coach has added the veteran foward Rudi Voller to Germany's World Cup team, the German soccer federation said yesterday. Voller, currently playing for Marseille, is expected to be available for training with the German side later this month. Voller has not played for Germany since suffering a serious hand injury in the European championships two years ago.

DIDIER DESCHAMPS, the French international, has agreed to a two- year contract to play for the Italian side, Juventus, next season. A spokesman for the Turin club said that the 26-year-old French midfielder had reached a general agreement for his transfer from Marseille.

JOE KINNEAR, the Wimbledon manager, has won the Carling Manager of the Month award for the third time - the first manager to do the treble.
