ITA BUTLER, the former Irish international, is to captain Great Britain and Ireland at the women's world amateur team championship in Paris on 28 September-1 October. She has also been appointed as vice-captain for Britain and Ireland's defence of the Curtis Cup against the United States in Tennessee on 30-31 July.
