Danny Hall, the Guildford striker, scored twice as England registered their second win of the European Nations Cup in Padua yesterday as they came from behind to beat France 4-1. Stourport's Jamie Westerman scored twice as Wales overcame a 2-0 deficit to draw their opening match 2-2 with Switzerland. The point was salvaged when Westerman scored 14 seconds from time.
