RUSSELL GARCIA, the Havant and Great Britain Olympic gold medallist, has been appointed player-coach of the Royal Polo Club in Barcelona, with a three-year contract. Garcia, 23, was the youngest member of Britain's triumphant 1988 Olympic side in Seoul, when he was only 18.
