James Duthie, the 1984 Olympic Bronze medallist and currently player- coach of Surbiton, has been appointed team coach with David Whitaker as chief coach for Great Britain's build-up to the Olympic qualifier in Barcelona in January. Jon Copp, coach to Reading, has been named assistant.
