BRITAIN'S chances of sending a team to the Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway, next year were boosted yesterday after being awarded the qualifying tournament this summer. Latvia, Poland, Slovakia and Japan will join Britain in the tournament with the winner taking part with the world's top 11 teams in Lillehammer.
