NIGEL MANSELL will compete in two events at Donington Park on 31 October. The IndyCar and former Formula One world champion will drive a two-litre Ford Mondeo in a touring car race and a TVR Tuscan in the TVR Tuscan challenge.

JACQUES VILLENEUVE, the son of the late Gilles Villeneuve, will join the IndyCar circuit next year. Villeneuve, 22, will drive for the Forsythe- Green team.
