Stan Fox remains in a critical condition after undergoing surgery for head injuries received during a crash on the first lap of Sunday's Indianapolis 500. Fox, who also suffered leg injuries, underwent further tests which included a brain scan. "The injuries are complicated with bleeding problems," said Henry Bock, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway medical director. "He is in the neuro-intensive care unit and is being closely monitored."
