THE International Olympic Committee, meeting in Lillehammer, yesterday agreed to present their members with a short-list of four candidates when selecting the host city for the 2002 Winter Olympics. The final decision will be made in June 1995. There are currently 10 candidates for the 2002 Winter Games: Alma Atam (Kazakhstan), Graz (Austria), Jaca (Spain), Oestersund (Sweden), Poprad-Tatry (Slovakia), Quebec (Canada), Salt Lake City (USA), Sion (Switzerland), Sochi (Russia), and Taravisio (Italy).
