THE International Board, meeting in Auckland, has ruled that Oldham will only receive a fee of pounds 7,500 from Auckland Warriors for Se'e Solomona. Oldham had been hoping for the maximum pounds 70,000 for the New Zealand Test prop. Other rulings included a fee of pounds 23,000 for Tea Ropati, who has left St Helens to join the Warriors.
