Talks over the future of the game in Australia collapsed yesterday. News Corporation accused the Australian Rugby League of using the talks held so far as a delaying tactic to undermine moves toward a Superleague. The League accused News Corp of trying to buy and control the sport in Australia. The pair will meet next in the Federal Court on 25 September.
