A THREE-MAN judicial panel in Wellington yesterday upheld a ban until March 1996 on the South African prop Johan le Roux for biting an opponent. The panel, meeting at the headquarters of the New Zealand Rugby Football Union, decided after six hours of debate that the ban against Le Roux should stand.
