WILL CARLING, the England captain, returns for Harlequins at Northampton on Saturday after missing two and a half games with a strained hamstring. Carling damaged his hamstring last month against Wasps and stood down for the club's matches against Bristol and West Hartlepool. His recovery means that Gavin Thompson is moved from centre to wing and Daren O'Leary is dropped.
