GLANMOR GRIFFITHS, re-elected treasurer after clubs had voted no-confidence in the Welsh Rugby Union committee last weekend, will run the union along with its two trustees until a new committee is elected next month. Griffiths's inclusion came after Graham Tregidon, a trustee, was barred from a Heineken League management meeting for not having called Griffiths into the temporary WRU administration. The situation was resolved when Tregidon, the WRU president, met Griffiths yesterday.
CLUB MATCH: Preston Grasshoppers 58 Vale of Lune 9.
