Bristol Shoguns have signalled their intentions for a possible Zurich Premiership return next season by recruiting the England World Cup winner Mark Regan. The 33-year-old hooker will rejoin Bristol this summer following a three-year stint with Leeds.

England have slipped to fourth in the world rankings following their Six Nations defeat by Wales on Saturday.
