THE International Jury yesterday turned down the American entry Winston's request to re-open hearings on compensation for the time it lost looking for a stricken yacht during the Whitbread round-the-world race. The Jury refused to review its previous decision to deduct four hours from the time initially awarded for Winston's response to a distress call from Brooksfield during the second leg.
