FRANZ HEINZER, of Switzerland, and Germany's Katja Seizinger won the men's and women's downhill World Cups yesterday after the season's final races were cancelled in Are, Sweden. Highs winds meant that both events had to be scrapped and the titles awarded on the present standings.
