PHIL ROGERS, of Australia, broke Nick Gillingham's 200 metre breaststroke short-course world record by 0.35sec in Melbourne yesterday when he clocked 2min 7.80sec. On Saturday, Rogers broke the 100m breaststroke short-course world record with a time of 59.07sec.
