A Florida judge has issued an injunction overturning a life ban against Austrian tennis player Horst Skoff for alleged violations of the ATP tour's drug-testing program, Skoff's lawyer said yesterday. The judge ruled that Skoff was likely to succeed in a pounds 6m lawsuit he filed against ATP Tour, Inc, which runs many pro events. Skoff sued the ATP last year after it banned him from tour events for life, alleging he had violated its drug testing programme by refusing to take to a test at a tournament in Ostend, Belgium in July.
